Our pricing is simple and clear, with no hidden “junk fees” like charging tenants a percentage management fee on top of rent or fees for issuing statements, charging for phone calls, sending out renewal notices, etc.
Property Management fees range from 5.0% to 10% depending on property and location
Most companies charge $350.00 and or more , some charge one month’s rent to renew a lease
If the property needs repair or cleaning there may be an additional fee depending on the condition of the property.
Other companies charge as much as $350.00 and or 1 month’s rent to set up a new property.
The unit turn fee if applicable covers the cost of turning a unit, scheduling cleaning and repairs once the tenants move out. it also covers showing the unit and finding new tenants.
Other companies charge $350.00 and a large percentage of the first month’s rent for new tenant placement and turnover.

We are experts at getting your property marketed and rented to the right qualified tenants. We will get your property rent-ready if needed with proven vetted vendors, we overseeing the entire process and you will receive regular communication from us during the progress.
Our tenant placement fee if we are NOT managing the property and only installing a tenant is 50% of the first month’s rent or $800.00, whichever is greater, (Management is not included)
